Reviewing The Conair True Glow Sonic Facial Brush

I am so thrilled to be partnering with Conair True Glow for today’s post to talk all about the beauty tool that has completely transformed my skincare routine— The Sonic Facial Brush!

For those of you that are unfamiliar with the brand, True Glow is Conair’s skincare line, which was founded on the principle that all women are entitled to high quality and effective beauty and skincare products. Over the last few weeks, I have been using True Glow’s Sonic Facial Brush, a spa-like quality pulsing cleansing brush, which is designed to work with your everyday facial cleanser to shake dirt and makeup, reduce the size of your pores, and gently exfoliate your skin. The facial brush operates at 300 oscillations per second; some of the bristles fluncuate, some of them move, while others are stationary, generating a vibrational back and forth motion.

The brush has a low, medium, and high settings, and is gentle enough to use as part of an everyday regimen! I personally really love that there is a built-in automatic cleanse timer that tells you when to move the brush to move to another area of your face, ensuring you get an even and thorough cleanse each time.

I use EltaMD’s Foaming facial cleanser (a gentle, self-foaming cleanser, great for sensitive skin btw!) twice a day; I wet my face, and put about half a pump on the brush and half a pump directly all over my face. The Sonic Cleansing Brush has helped my cleanser get deeeep down into my skin, and because it helps with gentle exfoliation (I typically put it on the low or medium settings to avoid over irritation), my normal winter dry skin is no longer an issue! I also love how soft my face always feels after I wash it— Herbivore Pink Cloud Moisture Creme is my holy grail product for hydration and dewiness and how I always end my skincare routine!

I typically deal with combination skin— Mostly dryness in the winter time, and the occasional breakout. In the past few weeks I’ve been using it, the Sonic Brush has diminished the breakouts I had, have brushed away the dry skin I had building up, and have made my face feel softer, and look smoother and more glowy! The price is so right on this bad boy, and if you have had your eyes set on some of those pricey cleansing brushes on the market but haven’t wanted to pull the trigger, I highly recommend this tool, along with the rest of the True Glow line!
