Styling 3 Looks With Sequin NYC in Fall, Spring, Style, Summer, Winter on 10/11/17 Hey guys, happy Tuesday! I hope everyone is having a great week. The last few weeks at work have been hectic and insane, but the business and fast pacing of it all has made time fly by; I’ve been keeping my weekends busy and full of fall holiday cheer, and overall, life has been good! I hope it has been for you all as well 🙂 Today on the blog, I’m excited to be talking about one of my recently discovered fave new jewelry brands, Sequin NYC, and to share three of their beautiful pieces, and give some ideas of how to style fall outfits that feature them. I typically like to swing more on the minimalistic side of the jewelry spectrum, and am veeeery very particular about what I like; when I do wear a bit of bling or something a little bit more eye-catching, I look for pieces that I think are cool, interesting, and let the little details speak for themselves. 1) Gold Samba Earrings Okay, so first up are these beauties, and my first impressions are that I absolutely adore the shape, and I love how they are dainty but pack a serious sparkle punch. These drop earrings are a fun, maybe a bit more ~elegant~ take on a hoop; that said, they could easily be dressed up or down. In these photos, I played off the little crystals by throwing on this offbeat embellished flannel. I personally love wearing big, yet barely-there earrings like this in the day time with casual wear; they are an easy way to jazz up a basic white tee and jeans, or even with a cozy knit, leggings, and tall boots, yet are so thin that they aren’t overly loud . For a dressier evening, they would look sophisticated with a simple LBD, or faux-leather leggings, a fabulous top, and high heeled booties. 2) Shark Tooth Choker Necklace THIS! Okay, if I could insert heart-eyed emojis into this post I would! I love me some dainty chokers and I think this little bedazzled shark tooth is equal parts badass and pretty. I love it simple on its own with crewneck sweaters and jeans, or layered with other gold necklaces and lower cut tops that show it off. This is a definitely a go-to everyday piece for me, and I love how comfortable and lightweight it is. 3) Vega Earrings These little dark grey stars are the perfect amount of sparkle for me! I love how the darker color (which matches my nails perfectly!) pops in a different way than a typical color statement earring; I also love how the 3D shape catches the light. Super simple but so pretty! I let them do all the talking for this look and paired them with a simple navy sweater and kept my hair sleek strait. I love the edgy girlieness of them; they would be perfect paired with a fall sweater or flannel dress. You can shop all of Sequin NYC pieces here! And a big thank you to them for sponsoring this post 🙂
