Boozy Minty Hot Chocolate Recipe in Food, Recipes on 12/11/16 Guys, this little recipe was a HIT. A massive snowstorm hit Chicago last night, and after a day of running around in the city, me and the bf were beat. We got a fire going, threw on some Christmas movies, and I made these bad boys. Literally #SaturdayNightGoals. These are chocolatey, creamy, minty, and boozy, because duh. The title ain’t lying though! These are decently strong, about 2 shots per person. Feel free to adjust to your liking. But this way maximizes fun. Just fyi. Makes 2 servings. What you need: 4 tablespoons of Ghirardelli Double Hot Chocolate Premium Hot Cocoa Mix 12 ounces of 1% organic milk 1/2 cup of Bailey’s original Irish cream Dash of CoffeeMate Peppermint Mocha creamer Dash of cinnamon. What you do: Heat milk in saucepan on medium heat. Make sure milk doesn’t boil. Stir in cocoa powder. Tip: Use a sifter for clump free results! Pour in the Bailey’s, followed by the dash of creamer and cinnamon. Serve in cute mugs, top with whipped cream, marshmallows, crushed peppermint candy and enjoy! XO, Meghan
