The Best Cords by A.N. Designs in Fall, Style on 10/31/16 Happy Halloween, witches!! Today on The Blonde in Pink I’m showcasing a few of my absolute favorite pieces for fall/winter. Up first is this thick, cozy, color-block turtleneck by Kersch clothing. I have been wearing this bad boy non-stop since I got it! Seriously, this is some wooly, chunky, good quality sh*t over here. You could probably get away with not wearing a jacket if you weren’t spending too much time outside during colder temps; however, I personally love the look of layering oversized knits with slim, sleek jackets. It’s the perfect way to make the most out of that not super practical leather jacket that might otherwise just hide in your closet. At least in Chicago that is; (there is very little time during our seasons when you can get away with just wearing a “light” coat). I’ve typically been wearing this sweater with baggy, ripped jeans and slip on moccasins so I wanted to shake things up and dress it up a bit with silver ballet flats, my go to black sunnies by Karen Walker, and this fun leopard clutch. And most importantly, these navy corduroys by A.N. Designs! $120, they come in five different colors, and are some of THE most flattering pants I’ve ever worn in my life. I have no idea what it is about them, but it’s some serious magic. They make you look like you’ve got legs for days and just overall suck you in, but at the same time they are super stretchy and soft and comfortable so you won’t feel constricted or wishing you had just worn leggings-as-pants instead. Totally perfect for wearing with anything from ballet flats to OTK boots (they’re so clingy that they won’t look saggy with your boots), and of course, all of the sweaters. Hope everyone is having a super spooky day! Xo, Meghan
