Juice Press Boston Blogger Launch Party in Food, Life on 05/12/16Now try saying that five times fast. Happy as a peach Tuesday night I had the pleasure of attending a Boston launch party for one of NYC’s dominating juice bars. Seriously, this place is a powerhouse. I’ve been to my fair share of overpriced, kinda average stores before, and Juice Press is definitely not one of them. Their juices and smoothies as well as their food are honestly phenomenal, and I love that I got to see the genuine passion this brand has behind it. Juice Press has over 50 stores in the Tri-State area and has officially set up shop at The Street in Chestnut Hill! Which is fantastic news, especially for this girl. If you’ve read other entries from my blog or taken a peak at my Instagram, you’ll see that I sure do looove my juice. And other healthy sh*t. Raw, vegan, organic, non-GMO, all some of my fave words, guys. I had so much fun mingling with other Boston based bloggers while I ate approximately my body weight in juices, vegan soups, salads, raw desserts, and chocolate covered fruit. Everyone was also going around taking ~edgy~ pictures of everything. I felt very at home needless to say. Founder Marcus Antebi was also in attendance and it was super cool hearing about his passion for wholesome, nutritious eating and how Juice Press got started. Quinoa, kale, cherry tomatoes, and the most insane cilantro lime dressing Snacks on deck, am I right? Let me just say, these tamari roasted almonds may have been the best I’ve ever had And seriously God bless oatmeal & chia seed pudding Truffles made from maca, cacao, dates, and cashews… Juice Press’s healthy take on cinnamon rolls and candy bars… Brb drooling And when I thought it couldn’t get any better they’re all “Hey we also got vegan, non-processed chocolate covered fruit for ya!!” And I may have cried just a bit. The chocolate covered pineapple was particularly delish. One of the highlights of the night was getting to design my own acai bowl! They also set up a mini photography station complete with professional overheard lighting, backdrops and even prop tulips, because hey, bloggers love taking pictures with tulips. Such an incredible place with such an amazing menu selection! Juice Press also has a well stocked fridge with more packages salads, wraps, and sandwiches. I could not be happier about this place opening up in my neck of the woods and it’s a must try if you’re ever in the area! They’ll be opening up a location in Back Bay next to a SoulCycle soon too! Until next time, chiquitas. Xo, Meghan
