Customized Navy Dress Drom eShakti

Happy Monday beautiful people. I’ve been absolutely dying to show off my latest obsession, this little navy and scalloped number from eShakti. We’ve had the craziest week of weather in both Boston and Chicago but today there is finally sunshine and it’s seeming like Spring may finally be making a more permanent appearance!

I had a ton of fun working with this online boutique- eShakti features an amazing selection of women’s apparel (they particularly have great pieces for weddings as well as for office wear) and everything is customizable. It’s simple and easy too, just pick out your design, provide your measurements (they ask for your height so your finished product will be the perfect length) and then personalize the look! You can choose the length, the neckline, even the type of sleeve. The A-line shape of this dress is very flattering and I thought it would look best with a short length. In addition to selecting the “mini skirt” option, I also opted to leave the neckline as originally styled, and added a zipper to the back as well as these cute little cap sleeves.

I immediately fell in love with this dress. The scallop edge detail is super fun and I think navy makes for a great Spring color, it’s a little unexpected and has a certain edge to it. It also goes perfectly with more traditional Spring brights, like these Zara magenta pumps.
