Leopard Mini Skirt & White Button Down in Fall, Style on 09/18/18I somehow found this under $40 leopard denim mini skirt from Zara, totally hidden in the back of a rack, only one left in my size, and it fit perfectly— so meant to be! This fierce little number was not something I knew I needed in my fall repertoire until I laid eyes on it; like HOW fun? I actually mean it when I say this will be on repeat this season. I can’t wait to rock it with cozy, oversized knits and over the knee boots, dressed up with pretty blouses and heels, and without a doubt paired with some leather when the temps dip. My friend Alizabeth and I were hoping to be able to shoot fall looks, but we definitely aren’t there yet weather wise and I had to settle for seasonal in-between looks. This leopard mini is the perfect transitional piece for these last days of summer when it’s still kinda hot but you’re ready to start mixing up your style game. The bold print just feels way more September than June, ya know? This skirt is Zara and it just got restocked in all sizes!! I also linked some similar looking denim leopard mini skirts down below. Isn’t it amazing that it’s everywhere; leopard print is 100% my favorite trend for fall! Also, why we are on the topic of trends, can we all take a second to laugh at me embracing “tiny sunglasses” trend? I approve overall, but these things can make you look strait up like a meme from certain angles; but a risk I am willing to take. Just no one look at me from the side. The other big trend of the moment that everyone will probably regret in a few years is the ugly Dad sneaker trend. But also like… ask me how badly I want a pair of those $895 Balenciaga Triple S Sneakers. (All c/o Zara) White Classic Shirt Leopard Denim Mini Skirt Embellished Boots Cat Eye Sunglasses Gold Zodiac Pendant (Sequin) Silver Bangle (David Yurman) Lipstick (Mac, Pink Plaid) This classic white shirt ($35.90 and decent quality) was also a good find for the season; I had been looking for a basic, white button down type shirt that I could throw on with everything. I love the classic feel of it and how it just instantly makes you look more put together. I have a pair of liquid leather leggings that it would look kiiiiller with. Back to this fun fall fit— all outfit details are linked below! PS: My bad that my edits totally make my lipstick look like different shades in all of these pics lol; the top right photo below shows how the color actually looks in person! (It’s Mac in Pink Plaid). Had to throw in a pic of the cute little coffee shop/juice bar we shot at! This Joe and The Juice opened somewhat recently and I have been dying to do. I only got coffee this time, but the menu and ambiance definitely warrants another trip back. And pink coffee cups! Can you believe?!
